We are so excited to be collaborating with a well-established Hospitality group renowned for its high-end restaurants and quick-service dining venues, as well as its international franchise operations in the Middle East. This exceptional organisation is seeking an experienced and passionate Group Purchasing Manager to oversee its supply chain, logistics, and purchasing operations.

Ideally, you'll be available to start immediately. This role offers flexibility to work from home or a coworking office, with site visits as neededso being within a reasonable distance of London is essential. While standard working hours apply, responsiveness to urgent issues is crucial.

Responsibilities as the Group Purchasing Manager

  • Managing the supply chain and logistics for 3 restaurants, 5 quick-service restaurants, and international franchise operations in the Middle East.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best quality and value for the group.
  • Collaborating with Head Office support, including Finance and Accounts Payable, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimise purchasing and logistics processes.
  • Maintaining a proactive and solution-focused approach to overcome supply chain challenges.
