We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Group Reporting Lead to join an international data and analytics group on a 6 month contract. This position is crucial for driving external financials and disclosures, addressing control deficiencies remediation and help on key focus areas - revenue, software development.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting Business-As-Usual (BAU) issues, improving consolidation processes, and preparing cash flow statements and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in managing the work on remediation of control deficiencies (revenue, software development, panel etc)
  • Backfill / provide support on technical side on BAU issues and for Group Accounting Manual project
  • Drive improvements in current consolidation, regional audit packs, ETB process
  • Be the conduit pulling together the external financials for half year
  • Preparation of cashflow
  • Preparation of key reconciliations (e.g. equity)
  • ECL Provisioning process
  • Help address control deficiencies raised by auditors
  • Support on key focus areas - revenue, panel, software development, goodwill, impairments etc

Person Specifications

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA)
  • Proven experience in a senior accounting role, with a focus on consolidation, eliminations, and month-end close processes.
  • Strong command of financial systems, particularly NetSuite and Blackline.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and drive standardization.
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and timely financial reports.
