Group Reporting Manager

6 month contract - London (hybrid working)

£400-450 per day (inside IR35)

I am partnered with a rapidly scaling PE backed FinTech business who are experiencing organic growth due to expansion into new International markets and are currently seeking a Group Reporting Manager to join on a 6 month interimcontract. This role will play a pivotal position in managing the annual statutory audit for all entities, producing key financial reports and enhancing internal controls.

The role:

  • Own the annual statutory audit process for all legal entities, being the key point of contact with external auditors 
  • Preparing the annual financial statements for the group and ensuring compliance is met with accounting standards such as UK GAAP and IFRS
  • Manage the group consolidation process, ensuring accuracy of intercompany transactions and balances are in compliance with group accounting policies
  • Enhance and implement financial reporting policies to ensuring accuracy across the Group and further enhance the reporting processes
  • Provide technical accounting guidance on new products, M&A activity and corporate structuring for geographical expansion 

About you:

  • ACA/ACCA/CAANZ/CA qualified from a big 4/top 10 accountancy firm
  • Industry experience within a FinTech/Financial Services/Tech/SaaS background
  • Proven experience working within a group financial reporting function and leading on group audit
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS
  • Immediately available or within a 1 week notice period
