We are looking for a Group Reporting Manager to join our Financial Reporting team. This is a key role responsible for preparing group financial statements, managing subsidiary and joint venture accounts, and driving automation and simplification initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing- Preparing high-quality group financial statements and supporting the group audit process.
- Overseeing statutory accounts preparation, audit, and tax filings for subsidiaries and joint ventures.
- Providing technical accounting support, including IFRS implementation and Audit Committee papers.
- Managing balance sheet reconciliations, JV consolidations, and capital reallocations.
- Supporting accounting for acquisitions, disposals, and valuation processes.
- Leading automation and process improvement initiatives within financial reporting.
- Building strong cross-functional relationships and ensuring adequate team training for business continuity.
- Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Experience in a group function of a listed PLC or working with listed clients in practice.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and ability to translate technical guidance into practical solutions.
- Proven ability to manage change, drive automation, and simplify processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial matters to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience.
- Property experience and ERP system knowledge (preferred but not essential).
