Group Reporting ManagerLocation: LondonLength: 3 Months + ExtensionsAre you a seasoned finance professional with a passion for financial reporting and process improvement? We are looking for a Group Reporting Manager to join our Financial Reporting team. This is a key role responsible for preparing group financial statements, managing subsidiary and joint venture accounts, and driving automation and simplification initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Preparing high-quality group financial statements and supporting the group audit process.
  • Overseeing statutory accounts preparation, audit, and tax filings for subsidiaries and joint ventures.
  • Providing technical accounting support, including IFRS implementation and Audit Committee papers.
  • Managing balance sheet reconciliations, JV consolidations, and capital reallocations.
  • Supporting accounting for acquisitions, disposals, and valuation processes.
  • Leading automation and process improvement initiatives within financial reporting.
  • Building strong cross-functional relationships and ensuring adequate team training for business continuity.
What We're Looking For
  • Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in a group function of a listed PLC or working with listed clients in practice.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and ability to translate technical guidance into practical solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage change, drive automation, and simplify processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial matters to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience.
  • Property experience and ERP system knowledge (preferred but not essential).
