Position: Head of Accounting & Tax Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing all day-to-day accounting and tax operations
- Implementation and training for a new accounting system
- Monthly payroll reconciliation
- Supervising and managing a team of 8
- Working closely with Business Managers and various teams for monthly reporting
- Assisting with annual budgeting and forecasting
- Preparing and filing tax returns
- Ensuring robust financial management processes and controls are in place
- Qualified Accountant (ACA)
