I am exclusively partnered with a property/real estate company looking for a Head of Accounting/Finance Manager to join their team.

This is a very broad role, covering Management Accounting, FP&A and Statutory Accounting, you will manage a full time Bookeeper/Accountant who puts together the accounts and is responsible for all AP/AR activity. You will review their work ensuring accuracy of reporting, whilst working on the FP&A.

Role: Part time Qualified Accountant 2.5-3 days per week

Salary: £60k pro-rated per annum

Location: North London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and statements.
  • Manage current bookkeeper
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline accounting processes.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Proven experience in the property sector is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good supervision skills
