Head of Lettings Client Accounts - South West London BasedAre you ready to lead and make an impact in a fast-growing organisation? We’re looking for a confident, experienced Head of Client Accounts to join our senior management team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll help shape the company’s financial future while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.About the Role As the Head of Lettings Client Accounts, your main focus will be delivering accurate financial statements, maintaining strong internal controls, and finding ways to make our processes as efficient as possible. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the team’s development, ensuring they’re set up for success.Salary: £55,000 - £70,000Contract: Full Time | Permanent Working Hours: Mon - Fri. 9am - 6pmYou’ll take the lead on tasks like:
  • Overseeing all financial aspects of client accounts, keeping everything compliant and under control.
  • Auditing processes to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Preparing management reports, payroll, and supplier payment runs.
  • Working closely with external accountants and bookkeepers to meet statutory requirements.
  • Being a key contact for clients, handling queries and building strong relationships.
  • Attend regular meetings with property services and senior management to share updates and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor cash flow, review bank accounts, and ensure accurate payment processes.
The Ideal Candidate: My client is looking for someone who’s not just good at what they do but thrives in a busy, ever-changing environment. Here’s what we’re after:
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a similar senior role, ideally in estate agency or property management.
  • Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified or fully qualified.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and accounting systems like Xero or Sage Line 50. Daily hands-on experience with Reapit for at least two years is essential.
  • Attributes: Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Mindset: A team player who values collaboration, honesty, and growth.
