The business has experience sustained double digit organic growth and have acquired a number of key businesses to build out their offering to their customer base. The business provide a variety of services across automation, reporting, data management and analysis and are integral to their clients ability to deliver projects.
Due to the growth of the business they are looking to hire for a newly created Head of Commercial Finance.
Description
The Head of Commercial Finance will be responsible for:
- Leading the commercial finance team including development and mentoring
- Responsible of the strategy and planning
- Leading the budget, forecast and long term plan
- Devising the KPIs to drive insight and profitability
- Customer profitability reporting and insight
- M&A and investments
- Business cases
Profile
The Head of Commercial Finance will ideally be:
- A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with at least 5+ years PQE.
- Demonstrable experience in commercial finance
- Demonstrable experience leading commercial finance teams
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Able to build relationships and influence C-Suite stakeholders
- Commercially minded with a track record of driving profitable performance
Job Offer
The Head of Commercial Finance role comes with a competitive base salary of £95,000-£100,0000 plus bonus, package and hybrid working in their modern offices.
