- Reporting into the CFO, you will be:
- Providing high level strategic analysis and insights
- Business partner across departments and with a range of stakeholders
- Build, mentor and grow a high-performing commercial team
- Oversee the development of finance systems and processes
What you'll need to succeedAs an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with strong commercial experience within the advertising and marketing sectors, you will have experience of board level presentations, engagement and act as a market expert within the finance team.You will need a proven track record of working in fast-paced and dynamic creative environments, whilst guiding a team of pure business partners will also be essential.What you'll get in returnAlongside the salary of £100,000 to £120,000, you will receive a bonus, 25 days' holiday, pension contribution, on-site perks and many more company benefits.
