Sonic Summary

Our client, a PE backed multisite business, is seeking a qualified finance professional for a high-profile FP&A and Finance Business Partnering role.
The successful candidate will manage a team of finance business partners and work closely with the executive team to drive strategy and decision-making.
Key responsibilities include owning the financial plan, managing budgets and forecasts, and optimizing cost management at site level.
Candidates should have experience in the retail, leisure, or hospitality sectors and possess strong commercial acumen.
The position requires a qualified accountant with a competitive salary; specific salary details and years of experience required were not provided.

Our client are a PE backed, multisite business. As they continue to perform they are now seeking a commercially astute qualified finance professional in a high profile role where you will be responsible for all aspects of FP&A and Finance Business Partnering. Reporting directly to the CFO duties may include:-

Manage a team of qualified finance business partners
Work closely with the executive team to drive strategy, providing detailed insights to drive decision making
Own the financial plan including all budgets and forecasts
Work closely with the senior management team to drive revenue and margin growth through details pricing and promotion strategy
Ensure cost management is optimised at site level in order to drive profitable performance

Ideally you will be a qualified accountant with experience within the retail / leisure or hospitality sector who has gained commercial experience and is looking to continue to develop their finance career
