The role
The firm is seeking an Head Employment to join their office based in the heart of the City of London.
• Employment is a core practice area for the firm. They have recently received an influx of new work and the department is very busy. You will join a buoyant department of five that deals with a broad palette of employment work across various industry sectors. The variety of work will make for an interesting role.
• You will deal with both claimant and respondent work, and both contentious and non-contentious.
• You will work with the other partners to drive forward the department, you will work on strategy, delivery and growth of the new division.
• This role has prospects for equity partnership and could provide a springboard into the firms equity. The firm are highly profitable and well run.
• You should have a proven track record of business development • You will be at least 8 years PQE in employment law
