Well established Independent Creative Agency is looking to recruit a Head of Finance to report to the Directors and manage a small finance team.
This is a very hands on role yet highly commercial. The Agency went through a restructure recently, which created many opportunities across the business. The future Head of Finance and the whole finance team is very much embedded in the agency as a strong business partner that supports non finance stakeholders on a day to day basis.
The Head of Finance will manage the revenue, payroll journals, finalise management accounts, control accounts etc.. Annual budgeting and regular reforecast, lead systems improvements and automatisation.
From the commercial point of view you will manage rate cards and client contracts, work closely with the management team on the pipeline and future pitches.
Apart from technical skills this person will have to be an excellent communicator, this is a very collaborative agency. If you put the time in, everyone will do their bit in terms of systems and processes.
Ideally you would have worked in MarcomsSME in a similar role, used to fast pace and ever changing requirements, yet still be able to prioritise and meet contractual deadlines.
