Custodian of IT landscape and quality management, ensuring fit for purpose systems and optimizing application use and licensing
Ensuring reliable and efficient service delivery from external providers, in accordance with SLAs and organizational standards (covering IT support, bookkeeping, payroll, and serviced office functions).
Overall owner of financial results, controls, and processes
Part of the senior leadership team, overseeing the Senior Finance Manager (part-time) and the Senior Operations & Special Projects Manager.
Lead on budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making

The Successful Candidate

Strong business partnering experience with various stakeholders internally and externally
Extensive knowledge of complex ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central ERP
Tech-savvy with experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and implementing systems
Excellent communicator with a solutions-mindset and ability to work at different organizational levels
Interest in design and sustainability, with awareness of the not-for-profit sector
