- Overall owner of financial results, controls, and processes
- Part of the senior leadership team, overseeing the Senior Finance Manager (part-time) and the Senior Operations & Special Projects Manager.
- Lead on budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong business partnering experience with various stakeholders internally and externally
- Extensive knowledge of complex ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central ERP
- Tech-savvy with experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and implementing systems
- Excellent communicator with a solutions-mindset and ability to work at different organizational levels
- Interest in design and sustainability, with awareness of the not-for-profit sector
