  • Custodian of IT landscape and quality management, ensuring fit for purpose systems and optimizing application use and licensing
  • Ensuring reliable and efficient service delivery from external providers, in accordance with SLAs and organizational standards (covering IT support, bookkeeping, payroll, and serviced office functions).
  • Overall owner of financial results, controls, and processes
  • Part of the senior leadership team, overseeing the Senior Finance Manager (part-time) and the Senior Operations & Special Projects Manager.
  • Lead on budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
The Successful Candidate
  • Strong business partnering experience with various stakeholders internally and externally
  • Extensive knowledge of complex ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central ERP
  • Tech-savvy with experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and implementing systems
  • Excellent communicator with a solutions-mindset and ability to work at different organizational levels
  • Interest in design and sustainability, with awareness of the not-for-profit sector
