The Role

As Head of Finance, you'll be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring financial health. This hands-on role requires a strong understanding of financial operations and the ability to drive business growth through effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities of the Head of Finance:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting and reporting
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and ForEx
  • Implement effective internal controls and financial policies

Required knowledge and experience for the Head of Finance role:

  • Proven track record in financial management within a fast-growth environment
  • Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Experience in financial modelling and scenario planning
  • Knowledge of FMCG industry financial practices
  • Ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team
