The Role
As Head of Finance, you'll be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring financial health. This hands-on role requires a strong understanding of financial operations and the ability to drive business growth through effective financial management.
Key Responsibilities of the Head of Finance:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting and reporting
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and ForEx
- Implement effective internal controls and financial policies
Required knowledge and experience for the Head of Finance role:
- Proven track record in financial management within a fast-growth environment
- Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Experience in financial modelling and scenario planning
- Knowledge of FMCG industry financial practices
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team
