A uniquely exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced and driven individual to join as the Head of Finance, reporting into their Director of Finance and Commercial. The reason for this hire is that their current Head of Finance will be stepping down in the Summer after 6 years in supporting the charity.

Sitting on the senior leadership team, the excitement here is to join an organisation that not only has a worthwhile cause – which is felt far and wide – but to join at a time of change and really help drive the strategic goals of the charity. You will inherit a committed finance (including procurement) team where you will have the opportunity to develop, manage and mould an already high potential team.

Experience of working in a charity is not essential, supporting the mission is.

Salary – £74,581 + £3,500 Location Allowance

Working arrangements – Hybrid working. Flexible working arrangements will be considered
