The bank has experienced significant growth over the past few years and have decided to restructure the finance function to bring in strong leadership. Broad role - emphasis with this position is to drive progress, improve upon the current FP&A processes and create an elite in-house FP&A Function.

No 2 days will be the same but some responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing the Financial Planning and Analysis Function.
- Ensuring the successful development and utilisation of IT resources used by the Finance Department.
- Promoting and supporting the continuing professional and career development of all individual members of the Financial Planning and Analysis team.
- Preparing and submitting strategic KPIs and MIs to present to senior management.
- Preparing quarterly budgets and forecast, analysing risks and opportunities to budget and any necessary management actions that may be required to meet targets.
- Leading a strategic business partnering team, that works closely with all areas of the bank to support the successful delivery of the strategy.
Experience required:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Extensive FP&A experience
- Financial Services background (ideally Banking)
- Prior line management experience
