Description
- Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function to support strategic decisions
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders
- Develop and implement financial models to support business strategy
- Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Establish and manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain an understanding of the public sector landscape and its impact on financial planning
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards
Profile
A successful Head of FP&A should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Proven experience in a senior FP&A role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
- Subscription based business experience
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
- Strong systems knowledge
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence
- Able to build excellent working relationships at all levels in a diverse, international environment
