- Lead the planning and consolidation process for the annual budget and 3-year financial forecasts.
- Manage cash flow, ensure timely finance approvals, and monitor key financial indicators.
- Address ad-hoc group reporting and operational finance queries as they arise to maintain smooth operations.
- A robust background in finance with experience in group reporting and operational finance management.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing finance teams.
- Experience in handling the audit process, managing tax compliance, and overseeing financial systems.
