A leading renewable energy producer is recruiting for a Head of Group Reporting to take a lead on the group's consolidation and financial reporting process. This business has grown rapidly over the last decade and has extensive investment to continue this trajectory.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the monthly consolidations, providing insightful and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders and work to improve processes where possible.

  • Supporting the month reporting cycle and month-end close
  • Maintaining and reviewing of journals
  • Reconcile balances and working alongside the wider finance team to investigate any variances
  • Support in SOX controls
  • Work alongside external auditors and respond to any queries

To be considered for this role:

  • Qualified accountant from a Top 10 accountancy practice with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a financial reporting role/s
  • Technical finance specialist with up to date IFRS knowledge
  • Multi-currency group consolidation experience in a large organisation (essential)
  • Familiar with using ERP systems
