A small prestigious international bank is in search of a "hands-on" manager to oversee back office operations, including treasury settlements, SWIFT payments, customer services, and retail banking for the London branch.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Managing a team to process treasury settlements, SWIFT payments (75%), and retail banking (25%)
  • Authorising SWIFT payments and treasury settlements
  • Ensuring updated CDD/EDD
  • Supervising cashiers and ensuring service delivery of VISA & Debit Cards
  • Providing support to Relationship Managers for HNWI and private banking
  • Reviewing processes, procedures, and operational risks

Your experience must include:

  • Extensive experience in treasury back office operations and SWIFT payments within the banking sector
  • Relevant background in retail and private banking
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for client interaction
  • Capacity to work effectively under pressure, demonstrate initiative, and exhibit problem-solving skills
