Are you an Employee Benefits Professional with a good understanding of Healthcare? Then this could be the role for you! This role is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing relationships with a portfolio of healthcare clients, advising on and arranging insurance for employers and/or trustees. You'll deliver exceptional service, providing clear and tailored advice that delights clients, with support and supervision where needed.

In this role, you'll also contribute to new client opportunities, collaborating with team members to present effective healthcare solutions. The scope includes managing the full client lifecycle-from administration and advising to planning and delivering renewals. Occasional travel to client locations may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Healthcare Scheme Management: Oversee a portfolio of healthcare schemes for various corporate clients.
  • Client Administration: Handle essential administration tasks as required.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct fact-finding and initial advice calls with new clients.
  • Quote Preparation & Negotiation: Prepare quote specifications, evaluate quotations, negotiate with insurers, and create review/renewal reports.
  • Client Meetings: Facilitate both face-to-face and phone-based client advice meetings.
  • Support Calls: Address inbound queries from clients, employees, and benefit providers.
  • Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities within the client portfolio.
