Your role will involve but not limited to:

  • Data management consisting of Intelligent Office data entry
  • Obtaining illustrations and providing research materials for our paraplanner
  • Dealing with clients directly, keeping promises and making them feel loved
  • Gathering and preparing excel-based client valuations
  • Arranging client meetings, including booking meeting rooms and adviser diary management
  • Supporting the senior administrator

Essential skills required

  • At least 18 months experience as a financial services administrator
  • Hold CII/RO certificate or working towards your qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Intelligent Office and platform experience
  • An understanding of excel, outlook and teams
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workloads
  • Ability to work alone and use your own initiative
