Role Overview: As the HR & Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting departmental strategy by managing financial and human resources. You'll work closely with the Department Manager and other key stakeholders to implement streamlined processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on HR policies, recruitment, and employee relations
- Oversee budget management, financial planning, and audits
- Manage expense claims, purchase orders, and scholarship payments
- Support staff inductions and ensure compliance with visa and right-to-work regulations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in HR and financial management within a Higher Education environment
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, financial systems, and budgeting processes
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
