My client, a fast-growing and leading Lloyd's of London broker, are looking for an Insurer Reconciliation IBA Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.
Seen as a subject matter expert within the Insurance Broking Accounts department, you will be recognised as a specialist who can be relied upon to handle the majority of transactions across IBA, particularly Insurer Reconciliations.
As a referral point, you will be a key contact for the team, wider Business and external stakeholders and be expected to handle the majority of queries, providing guidance and coaching to others.
Key Duties
- Working predominantly on Insurer Reconciliation/Bordereaux in addition to other areas such as Credit Control, Cash Application, Bank Reconciliation and Client Money Calculations
- Management of own portfolio of accounts/insurers, ensuring all key activities completed for your area of responsibility
- Provide "step-up" cover and assistance for Manager when needed
- Provide coaching to less experienced members of the team/Business, ac ting as initial referall for queries and escalations
- SME for IBA processes
- Engage with internal Business as well as external Clients & Insurers on a regular basis providing updates and building relationships
About You
- Proven experience within finance shared service, preferably within the Insurance industry
- Understanding of IBA best practices
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
As this is a Fixed Term Contract, we are looking for immediate or close to immediate starters.
