Client Details

This international network of accountancy firms is seeking a Manager to work in their Global Independence Team.

Description

  • Oversight of the activities of the Independence Team (including providing technical and relevant internal systems advice to Member Firm Independence Teams)
  • Providing reporting on outcomes of operational monitoring
  • Providing assistance to Global Independence Team in updating project dashboards, internal webpages and in drafting internal communications
  • Developing and delivering relevant training and guidance for Member Firms Independence Teams and Member Firm engagement teams
  • Supporting the development of network policies and procedures
  • Participating in monitoring activities related to Independence compliance
  • Support and involvement on projects with wider Quality & Risk Team

Profile

  • The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience working in an independence / compliance team in another accountancy firm or network.
  • Experience of managing a team.
  • Familiarity with an accounting firm's entity management system, preferably at a Big 4 or top 20 accounting firm.
