I'm looking for an Interim Commercial Finance Manager to join our my client's team in London.

This role is all about driving growth and optimising business opportunities, and we need someone who's not afraid to challenge the status quo. You'll be working closely with key stakeholders, from the CFO to the Chief Digital & Technology Officer, supporting decisions on everything from pricing to promotional strategy.

What you'll be doing:
  • Taking the lead on sales and margin analysis, using your commercial insight to drive the business forward.
  • Challenging current thinking and suggesting innovative ways to cut costs and boost profits.
  • Partnering with the marketing team to shape the promotional strategy-testing, analysing, and tweaking until it's just right.
  • Owning the budget and forecasting process for sales, costs, and retail.
  • Monitoring and managing cost of sales and waste, ensuring targets are hit.
  • Managing a Business Analyst and working with them to deliver the goods.
What we're looking for:
  • Qualified accountant (minimum 4 years PQE) with a head for numbers and a passion for making a difference.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and commercial acumen.
  • The ability to influence and challenge stakeholders-we like people who ask the tough questions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment (hospitality, retail, fmcg or multi-site).

This role is hybrid (2/3 working pattern) and offered on a fixed term contract for 6 months.
