Role Overview:

My client are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Interim Finance Manager to join our Real Estate team organisation which are private equity backed. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and oversea some exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for real estate investments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for real estate assets, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Investor Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including investors and senior management.

  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity across the real estate portfolio, ensuring effective management of working capital.

  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, particularly in relation to real estate and private equity structures.

  • Project Support: Provide financial analysis and support for key investment projects, acquisitions, and disposals within the real estate portfolio.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification is preferred.

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Manager, ideally within real estate or private equity. Experience in real estate is a plus.

  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems.

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the real estate sector, private equity, and property structures is highly desirable.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior management and investors.
