Stanton House is currently recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join a Large Support Services Business on a 3-month Contract (this may be extended), paying £80,000 - £85,000 per annum (pro-rata depending on experience). This role is hybrid in London, with occasional travel to client sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights, decision support, and profitability analysis.
  • Recommend pricing, cash flow, and margin improvements, balancing risk and return.
  • Ensure accurate financial records, compliance, and reliable forecasts from the Centre of Excellence.
  • Guide contract performance through ROI analysis, scenario planning, and KPI benchmarking.
  • Support new business decisions and customer negotiations on revenue and contract changes.
  • Drive cost optimisation and efficiency improvements through detailed analysis.
  • Strengthen processes, address control gaps, and manage financial risks.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and promote collaboration across teams.

To be suitable for this role you must have the following:

  • Qualified/Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Commercially focused with strong customer orientation.
  • Skilled at collaborating with business leaders in complex environments.
  • Deep understanding of business operations and value drivers.
  • Demonstrates integrity, diligence, and influence.
  • Resolves problems with innovative, practical solutions.
  • Builds trust and strong stakeholder relationships.
