Robertson Bell are once again partnering with a leading not for profit organisation to recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner on an initial three-month contract. As this growing organisation enters a crucial period of transformation, they are seeking an experienced professional to lead their business partnering service.
The main responsibilities include:
- Lead on the production of the monthly management accounts pack, including detailed analysis and commentary on performance vs budget.
- Partner with heads of departments to understand their current expenditure, challenge data and provide robust financial management.
- Support the Head of Finance with improving financial controls and streamlining processes.
As the organisation is undergoing major transformation, there is a high chance of extension. The role is based in London on a hybrid basis.
The successful candidate will be:
- A qualified accountant, or finalist with extensive experience.
- Able to produce a full set of management accounts.
- A highly personable business partner.
