Harmonic is proud to be partnering exclusively with an innovative and fast-growing Crypto scale-up searching for a hands-on Interim Finance Director to support their finance function during a critical growth phase. This is a 6-month contract opportunity, with the high likelihood of transferring to permanent employment.

The Role
As Interim Finance Director, you will take a hands-on approach to financial consolidation, controls, and process optimization. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, improving internal processes, and supporting the business during this critical phase. Experience with NetSuite is essential, as you will be leveraging the system to enhance reporting efficiency and financial oversight.
The ideal candidate is a technically strong finance leader, with specific Fintech/Crypto experience who thrives in high-growth environments and can make an immediate impact.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial consolidations, ensuring accuracy across multiple entities.
- Improve financial controls, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Streamline finance processes and optimize the use of NetSuite.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to provide clear financial insights and reporting.
- Involvement in financial transformation within the business.
- Provide leadership to the finance team during a period of rapid scaling.
- Ad hoc projects supporting the CFO
Essential Skills
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
- Proven experience in senior finance roles within Fintech or Crypto
- Strong technical expertise in financial consolidations, controls, and process improvements.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and track record of finance transformation expertise.
- Experience within a FCA regulated environment
Preferred Skills
- Previous work in a scale-up or start-up environment.
Contract Details
- Duration: 6-month contract (potential to go permanent)
- Location: London (Hybrid)
- Day Rate: £650-800 / day
- Start Date: ASAP
