Cedar is currently partnered with a fast-growth, highly leveraged, and acquisitive hospitality business to secure an Interim Finance Director based in North London. This is a 6-month contract, paying a day rate between (Apply online only) per day.

The Role
As Interim Finance Director, you will:
- Partner with the CFO to drive EBITDA growth, focusing on performance management, cost control, and revenue enhancement strategies.
- Oversee operational finance functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to deliver actionable financial insights and improve decision-making across the business.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, implementing automation and strengthening financial controls.
- Manage cash flow, capital expenditure, and working capital to support the company's growth and ensure financial stability.
Your Profile
You will ideally have:
- A formal accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
- A proven track record of delivering EBITDA growth in a fast-paced, multi-site business, preferably in hospitality, leisure, or retail.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Hands-on operational finance experience combined with the ability to partner strategically with senior stakeholders.
- A commercial mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels.
