PE Backed FinTechFinance Manager - 6 month FTC£75-£80kLondonTalentedge are currently working on an exciting opportunity for an Interim Finance Manager to join a fast-paced, innovative fintech business that's reshaping how people think about saving, investing, and managing their money.This role is ideal for a ACA/CAANZ qualified from practice within audit and at least 2 years PQE within industry, who thrives in dynamic environments and can hit the ground running. You'll be supporting the senior leadership team through a pivotal phase of growth and be able to make a real impact from day one.The Finance Manager will be a core member of the team, supporting on financial reporting, month-end processes and assisting with daily finance operations. You will have experience working within audit and be a key liaison with external auditors as well as board reporting and quarterly investor reporting as well as delivering statutory accounts.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on financial reporting, playing a major role in year-end processes as well as management accounts, SLT reporting and working on investor reports
- Assist on financial operations such as supporting the wider team with on transactional finance including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll and work across share based payments
- Lead on delivery of financial statements, statutory accounting and key liaison with external auditors for audit delivery
- Assist on corporation tax, VAT and IFRS adjustments
About you:
- ACA/CAANZ qualified from an audit background within practice and 2 years + PQE within industry
- Strong background in audit, financial reporting, management accounts and statutory reporting
- Sound knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
- Experience in FinTech/SaaS is highly desirable
- Immediately available or within a 1-2 week notice period
