Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • An ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualification (ideally 3 years+ PQE)
  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and transactional work (AP/AR etc)
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Charity experience is ideal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
