- Overseeing all finance and accounting functions
- Implementing effective financial management strategies
- Preparing and presenting financial reports
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Assisting in budget preparation and management
- Collaborating with senior management on financial decision-making
- Managing a team of finance professionals
- Working closely with external auditors
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- An ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualification (ideally 3 years+ PQE)
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and transactional work (AP/AR etc)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Charity experience is ideal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of £58,000 to £65,000 per year
- Hybrid working arrangement - 2 days per week
