Robertson Bell is pleased to be working with a unique private sector organisation in South London to recruit an urgent Interim Finance Manager on short-term contract. This is a sole-charge finance role with full autonomous to drive process improvements. The role will fall outside of IR35 and is based onsite on London.Â
The main responsibilities of the Part Time Finance Manager include:
- Lead the day-to-day bookkeeping including reconciling transactions, and maintaining the general ledger.
- Completing VAT returns and submitting to HMRC.Â
- Ownership of chasing payments and outstanding debt from customers.
- Production of monthly management accounts accurately and in a timely fashion, including posting journals, accruals and prepayments.Â
- Monitor banking processes and assist with the preparation of cash flow forecasts.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Finance professional looking for a new challenge.
The successful candidate will have:
- An accountancy qualification.
- Experience running the finance function of an SME.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience using QuickBooks
