Description
- Oversee the operation and improvement of existing financial systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements and implement changes as necessary.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead training initiatives to improve system usage and efficiency.
- Manage system-related projects and initiatives.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making at the management level.
Profile
A successful Interim Finance Systems Manager should:
- Be a strong qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Be exceptional on systems
- Have had exposure on Access Financials
- Experience in managing financial systems within a not-for-profit setting.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in excel
- Budgeting experience (project wise)
