Interim Group Consolidations Manager | Outside IR35 | c. £500 per day | London/Hybrid

We are currently recruiting for an Interim Group Consolidations Manager to join a subsidiary of a globally listed logistics firm. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, overseeing group consolidations and ensuring smooth year-end reporting processes. Experience in listed reporting is essential, while sector-specific knowledge is not required.

Key Requirements:

ACA or ACCA qualified, ideally with Big 4 or Top 10 training, and experience with complex business structures
Strong background in preparing monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end consolidated financial statements
Proven expertise in managing group consolidations for multiple entities (multi-currency and multi-national experience is a plus)
Ability to review and advise on complex accounting issues in line with UK GAAP and IFRS
Availability to start within 1 week

This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working in London (2 days per week) and is Outside IR35.
