Robertson Bell are partnering with a unique charity to recruit an Interim Head of Finance on a fully remote basis. Leading a small team, the main focus over the next nine months in this role will be to drive efficiencies within reporting and build a strong relationship between finance and the wider operations.
The main responsibilities include:
- Conduct a full review of financial processes, identifying efficiency savings as well as providing more valuable reporting to the wider organisation.
- Lead and motivate a small team through a period of transition.
- Oversee the production of management accounts, and leading the budgeting and forecasting.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide robust financial management to aid decision making.
- Implement restricted fund reporting.
The successful candidate will be:
- A qualified Accountant with experience working in the charity sector.
- Experience with driving process improvements.
- Able to drive valuable business partnering between finance and operations.
- A confident communicator.
