Robertson Bell are partnering with a unique charity to recruit an Interim Head of Finance on a fully remote basis. Leading a small team, the main focus over the next nine months in this role will be to drive efficiencies within reporting and build a strong relationship between finance and the wider operations.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Conduct a full review of financial processes, identifying efficiency savings as well as providing more valuable reporting to the wider organisation.
  • Lead and motivate a small team through a period of transition.
  • Oversee the production of management accounts, and leading the budgeting and forecasting.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide robust financial management to aid decision making.
  • Implement restricted fund reporting.

The successful candidate will be:

  • A qualified Accountant with experience working in the charity sector.
  • Experience with driving process improvements.
  • Able to drive valuable business partnering between finance and operations.
  • A confident communicator.
