Cedar is currently partnered with a leading global life sciences organisation to secure an Interim Revenue Operations Manager. This role will take ownership of a critical revenue and receivables stream, overseeing operational finance processes, third-party logistics coordination, and revenue integrity across multiple international markets.

Offered as a 16-month contract, this assignment pays a competitive day rate of £450-£525 (Inside IR35). Based in Central London, the role operates on a hybrid model, with three days a week expected on site.

The Role

This Interim Revenue Operations Manager role will lead the end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) function, with a particular focus on Accounts Receivable (AR), revenue accounting, and 3PL oversight. The successful candidate will be the bridge between finance operations, commercial teams, and external logistics providers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial control across the revenue cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full OTC cycle, from invoicing and collections through to cash application and credit management
  • Overseeing AR performance and driving improvements in DSO, aged debt, and billing accuracy
  • Providing financial oversight of 3PL-related revenue flows, including coordination of cut-offs and reconciliation
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX across all revenue-related operations
  • Supporting month-end revenue accounting, including gross-to-net adjustments and reporting under US GAAP
  • Leading or contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives across OTC and AR functions

Your Profile

You'll be a confident and delivery-focused finance professional with:

  • Strong operational finance experience, particularly in Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash functions
  • A deep understanding of revenue accounting and compliance, ideally in a regulated environment (SOX/US GAAP)
  • The ability to work cross-functionally and manage key relationships with 3PL providers, commercial teams, and internal finance stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with large ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP)
  • A proactive, adaptable, and detail-driven approach to managing change and driving process excellence
