Internal Account Manager - Agriculture

James George Recruitment is pleased to have partnered with a leading Asset Finance House in their search for an Internal Account Manager to successfully support the Agricultural market team. You will build and maintain existing relationships with Brokers, introducers and Dealer partners to deliver best in class presales support in maximise volumes and profitability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain Broker/Introducer relationships within the Ag market
- Proactively make telephone calls to the dealer / introducer partners to ensure a consistent and high level of service
- Manage the communication of deal progression to all interested parties
- Produce regular reports on the pipeline and make accurate forecast predictions
- Hit personal and team volume, income, and margin targets as well as personal Goals and Objectives.
- Manage risk declines and act as a first point of contact for appealing decisions and ensure appeals have sufficient information to justify a change in decision
- Complete all resulting documentation to high standard if accuracy
- Ensure all deals are passed for pay out according to credit acceptance terms; liaise with sales, credit, finance, or customer services to resolve any issues.
- Manage key broker relationships to maintain or increase current business levels.
- Spotting and following through on new business leads.
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
- Knowledge of the asset finance industry. Agricultural knowledge would be desirable
- Good credit skills to present deals and challenge referrals and declines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Act with integrity at all times and embrace the philosophy of treating customers fairly
