Internal Relationship Manager - Join a Leading Specialist Property Finance Lender

Location: London (Hybrid - 4 days office-based, Fridays WFH)

We're seeking an ambitious Internal Relationship Manager to join an award-winning specialist lender in London, offering both bridging loans (up to ÂŁ25m) and development finance (ÂŁ500k+).

Your Impact:

As an Internal Relationship Manager, you'll be the backbone of the external sales team, playing a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining excellent client relationships. You'll be the go-to person for both existing and potential clients, managing relationships while building your pathway to becoming an external Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries on existing and new cases• Craft and issue indicative terms for bridging and development finance proposals• Participate in Credit Committee meetings to discuss cases• Drive deal progression from terms to credit approval• Manage pipeline cases through to completion• Develop and nurture intermediary relationships• Coordinate external Relationship Manager schedules• Represent the company at industry events and expos• Join monthly intermediary visits with external Relationship Managers

Your Profile:

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in specialist finance, estate agency sales or mortgage broking, with a stable career history.• Previous exposure to intermediary relationships (desired)• Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills• Strong team spirit combined with individual initiative• Ambition and enthusiasm for career growth• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary up to £35,000 (experience-dependent)• Uncapped quarterly/annual bonus potential up to £10,000• 25 days holiday + bank holidays• Birthday off• Company pension scheme• Private Medical Insurance• Clear progression path to external Relationship Manager role (typically 12-18 months)
