A leading provider of bridging finance solutions, helping individuals and businesses navigate short-term funding needs with confidence and efficiency is looking for a dynamic and experienced Investor Relations Manager to join its team and play a pivotal role in enhancing its existing relationships with investor and continue to expand, bringing in new investors and to innovate in the financial services industry

Job Description: As the Investor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with its investor base, while ensuring clear communication about the company’s financial performance and strategy. You will manage investor communications, prepare financial reports, and assist with fundraising efforts to support our ongoing growth.

Investor Relations Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy to engage with current and prospective investors in the bridging finance sector.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed investor presentations, quarterly reports, and other financial communications to ensure transparency and build trust.
  • Manage relationships with institutional and private investors, providing them with key insights into the company’s financials, strategy, and market opportunities.
  • Coordinate and lead investor calls, meetings, and events to promote open dialogue and foster strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align investor messaging with business goals and performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and industry news to provide strategic insights to investors.
  • Support fundraising activities, including preparing pitch materials, conducting due diligence, and organizing investor roadshows.

Investor Relations Manager Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field, preferably in bridging finance or alternative lending.
  • Strong understanding of financial reports, investment strategies, and capital markets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both institutional and private investors.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment surrounding finance and investment is a plus.
