We're looking for an Indirect Tax Assistant Manager to join one of the leading M&A tax teams in the UK, known for delivering some of Europe's largest buyouts.

In this role, you'll manage a diverse client portfolio, including private equity houses, multinational companies, emerging capital providers and infrastructure funds. You'll handle all aspects of the deal cycle, from due diligence and tax structuring to post-acquisition implementation and reorganisations.

You'll stay up to date with evolving global tax regulations, working with an integrated team of financial, accounting, legal, and tax experts focused on seamless deal execution and delivering an exceptional client experience throughout complex M&A transactions.
