Are you a dynamic and experienced associate looking for a role that incorporates strategic, operational, compliance and reporting oversight responsibilities?We are currently working on behalf of our client a London based investment bank to find a Business Operations Associate to work within the strategic advisory team supporting with administrative and operational duties. What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including travel arrangements, meeting coordination and expenses
- Assist the deal team with implementation and monitoring of certain compliance procedures, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Compile and prepare business reports, financial statements and other operational metrics
- Participate in and eventually lead operational projects, driving efficiency and improvement initiatives.
- Support the deal team with certain legal activities by preparing documents i.e. NDA's
What you will need:To be educated to degree level with a strong academic and technical accounting background. You will have substantial experience working in a similar role, preferably within investment banking and have knowledge of a regulatory environment. You will have leadership and management skills and be able to multitask and work under pressure as well as have strong technical and data analysis experience.Please apply now!
