Kenneth Brian Associates is partnering exclusively with a dynamic and rapidly growing healthcare based in Dulwich South London.

The company, which operates a number of successful sites, is set to expand further in the near future. To support this growth, they are seeking an experienced and established Finance Director to lead their finance team.

This role offers a high level of responsibility, providing strategic leadership and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities for the Junior CFO:

  • Lead, develop, and grow the finance team to support business expansion.
  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day financial operations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 4 junior accountants
  • Partner closely with the COO and senior stakeholders to ensure the business achieves its strategic milestones.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Oversee financial planning and budgeting for new product lines and site openings.
  • Provide strategic advice and analysis related to international expansion and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to maintain brand integrity and support continued success.
  • NEEDS TO BE PREPARED TO WORK 5 DAYS FROM THE OFFICE

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Finance Director.
  • Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
  • Prior experience within the Insurance, NHS, Healthcare or Hospital sector is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven experience in managing and developing teams.
