Description
- Manage and develop a team of finance professionals.
- Oversee performance reporting, FP&A, and decision-making insights.
- Support General Managers.
- Provide contractual support and optimize financial performance.
- Drive innovation and process improvements.
Profile
A successful Lead Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field.
- Professional certification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA).
- Proven experience in a finance business partner role within the property industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Job Offer
