Lead Product Manager - Insurance

Our client, a global insurance firm, are about to kick off a business-wide agiletransformation programme. They are looking for multiple Product Managers, ideally with Insurance experience, to join them on day one, to shape the Commercial/Retail roadmap, and steer the company journey to Scaled Agile.
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for multiple products, owning the overall roadmap and strategy. Ensuring alignment between product strategies is crucial, resolving cross product dependencies and optimising resource allocation to ensure effective delivery.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine the overall strategy and roadmap, considering past performance, customer expectations, and market trends.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to refine the backlog, define objectives and identify bottlenecks.
- Facilitate product planning sessions with other teams and vendors to align on objectives and priorities.
- Work with Agile Coaches to monitor and coach teams on agile practices and behaviours.
- Assess future resource requirements across products
- Secure funding to deliver strategy and roadmap, allocate budget for each product to support the vision and roadmap.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience managing multiple products/Agile teams to deliver
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Dependency management - between multiple products, Agile teams, resolving any conflicts and ensuring priorities are aligned
- Senior stakeholder management
Experience with retail insurance and/or commercial insurance products is highly desirable
