Your new companyA leading international bank is looking for a Loan Documentation Manager to join their specialised department. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a team of 7 people and work in a dedicated team whereby you will prepare loan documentation, interact with lending staff and other departments, and manage the junior staff.

Your new roleThe daily responsibilities of the role will include: managing the daily processing of all loan documents within the Section, ensuring adherence to internal standards and external regulations. Properly prepare, finalise, perfect, and maintain loan documents to guarantee their validity and enforceability. Collaborate with lending staff and other departments involved in the creation of loan documents, collateral perfection, tracking, and release. Safeguard the confidentiality of all customer records, accounts, and transactions. Support the growth of loans and advances while ensuring data integrity. Perform additional duties as assigned.

What you'll need to succeedTo be applicable for this role, you must have at least 5 years' experience as an LMA documentation / documentation specialist, ideally with exposure to Property & Construction loan documentation. Familiarity with LMA documentation, primary and secondary loan documentation is required.
