CMC Consulting are currently working an exciting opportunity within M&A specialising in Tech for a dynamic and growing Mid-Market Boutique Investment Bank.Our Client is looking for a talented M&A Associate/VP professional to drive execution on a variety of projects. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of major M&A transactions, building and managing financial models, including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, and merger scenarios.Offering a great culture, generous salary and potential bonus of 75-150%, this would be an excellent opportunity to make an impact on the continually growing teamKey Responsibilities:路 Lead day-to-day transaction advisory across diverse segments.路 Design and manage financial models for live and potential M&A deals.路 Prepare impactful pitch books that contribute to the business development efforts.路 Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence.路 Maintain strong client relationships throughout deal execution, building industry-specific expertise.路 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and share best practices.路 Conduct research and analysis on clients, prospects, and industry sectors, contributing fresh ideas and insights.
