Given the companies nascent presence in the UK, this person will have a wide domain of operation with the support of a global team to deliver and drive the success of the market.
The role holder will benefit from working with an experienced global team, and support the execution of projects out-of-market and lead the delivery of in-market initiatives. They will be adept and familiar with 'starting at 0' and building a high performance organisation and culture around you.
This role would suit management consultants or start-up practitioners with 6 - 10 years of experience, and deep understanding and practice in the Financial Services industry. Business Banking, Retail Banking and Payment experience is highly regarded.
The ideal person will be/have:
- Experience in a high growth, fast paced, technology based company
- Experience in financial services, with particular preference given over payments issuing, acquiring and bank rails experience
- Understanding of regulatory environment, including licensing and continued compliance obligations with regulators
- Sound commercial experience with negotiating contracts with vendors and partners
- Capable of working cross functionally - from Group through to leading functional teams
- P&L responsibility, - C-suite or Executive management experience.
