Fram are working with a growing boutique/mid-sized financial services firm. They are keen to appoint a commercially focused Managing Director, who will lead the business across the UK and play a pivotal role in diversifying them further into the commercial property sector. Our client is ambitious, has a strong brand, and experienced management team. The role would suit a commercial leader, who has experience of growing a business while overseeing operational functions of a lending business.The appointee will take ownership for developing the growth strategy and will identify new revenue opportunities. This will involve origination, management of key relationships, oversight of underwriting, and ensuring high standards of compliance. A key part of the role is building a supportive and high-performance culture.We are keen to speak to leaders who have a strong background in real estate lending, with a particular focus on development and bridging loans. A demonstrable track record of success in leading a business or large team (with P&L responsibility) in the real estate sector is also essential. You will enjoy coaching and developing others, and you will be able to formulate and deliver on a strategic plan.
